Refund policy

We take great pride and make the best effort in making absolute sure our products, get to you in pristine condition. 
However, in the unlikely event, that a product purchased from us needs to be returned, We would replace or refund on most products. card or PayPal returns may take up to 7 working days. 
Products must be in their original packaging and unopened for an exchange or refund to take place. 
Frozen, smoked and perishable products are non-returnable and non refundable.

We are not liable for goods damaged in transit.
